DIETARY REQUIREMENTS We have menu choices that are vegetarian (V) & gluten free (GF), these items are assigned V or GF for your reference . Other dietary requirements such as halal or kosher may incur additional food and transport costs.
Certain parts of our catering are subjected to minimum numbers. Minimum numbers will be reflected on the menus. All items are 1 per person unless otherwise indicated.
HOW WE CHARGE
All pricing includes food and preparation labour and are exclusive of GST. A $15 delivery fee applies to all delivery drops on campus. All prices in this selector are for Monday to Friday deliveries between the hours of 8am and concluded by 4pm. For events outside these hours, including weekends, public holidays and non-semester periods, please contact us and we will provide a quote based on the information provided. Functions requiring staff to service the event outside of a drop off and clear will be quoted accordingly.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO HIRE
Additional quotes can be provided for all your other needs including linen, floral arrangements & furniture. For large scale events that may require hired equipment, this would be on charged to the event.
For orders placed with less than 72 hours’ notice some options may not be available. In this case, where possible we will endeavour to offer a suitable catering option alternative.
Cancellations within 3 working days of the event may result in a cancellation fee. We require final numbers within 72 hours of the event. Small increases may be accepted depending on menu; some substitutions may be included if numbers increase within this time frame. Your confirmation of acceptance once submitting your request will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Catering orders need to be booked and confirmed 72 hours in advance of your function date. We will endeavour to assist with late requests, but please be aware that alternative products may need to be substituted. These options will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
